Itinerary

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour leader welcomes you. He will help you with the necessary tasks at the airport. Then he drives you to a private upscale air-conditioned sedan, where he will assist you in checking into your hotel smoothly. Once checked in, he will review the itinerary of your 10-day holiday package with you to confirm pick-up times for each tour and activity.

Overnight in the Cairo hotel.
Welcome Drink

After having your first breakfast at the hotel, your guide will greet you in the lobby and take you to the most exciting place in Egypt, the Pyramids of Giza, where you will see the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the last of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World still standing, the Middle Pyramid of King Chephren, and the smallest pyramid, which was built for King Mycerinus. Explore the Great Sphinx, which is the largest but not the only monument in the Giza necropolis and is shaped like a lion with a human head to represent strength and intelligence. Walk around the area.

After you visit the Pyramids of Giza, you will continue your tour of the Egyptian Museum by visiting the Egyptian Antiquities. The Museum, which was founded in 1902 and houses the oldest artifacts ever discovered in human history, including more than 120,000 tools and implements used in daily life by the ancient Egyptians, huge coffins, enormous statues, and the gold collection of King Tutankhamun.

You will then have lunch at a nearby fine restaurant before continuing your day trip to Egypt with an educational tour of Coptic Cairo, home to some of the oldest Coptic churches in the Middle East.

It is believed that this area, like others in Egypt, served as a shelter for the holy family when they were fleeing persecution in Jerusalem.

Before transferring to your accommodation for the night, see the Hanging Church of the Holy Virgin Mary, also known as the Church of Abu Serga, the Church of St. Sergius, and the historic Jewish synagogue of Ben Ezra.

Overnight in the Cairo hotel.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

You will meet your tour guide after breakfast to begin your journey from Cairo to Alexandria, the pride of the Mediterranean, with its famous 15th-century citadel of Qaitbay. To rival the finest Greek and Roman cities of the time, Alexander the Great built Alexandria. You will explore the Pompey Pillar, the nearby Roman ruins, the Bibliotheca Alexandria, and the underground Roman Catacombs of Kom El-Shoqafa. You will have lunch on-site and spend the night at the hotel in Alexandria.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel before preparing for the day trip from Cairo to El Alamein. Be prepared to visit the World War II Commonwealth Cemetery and Military Museum, where you can examine information about the conflict and find out more about the conflicts that took place near El Alamein. Before being driven back to Cairo for the night, visit the Italian, German and Australian cemeteries.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

After finishing a sumptuous breakfast at your hotel, you will travel to Cairo airport in a private air-conditioned vehicle to catch a domestic aircraft to Luxor.

You will be welcomed at the airport by our knowledgeable guide. You will be transferred to Luxor to begin your Egypt Nile cruise. Enjoy lunch on board your cruise ship while it travels the Nile. Start your excursions in Luxor by seeing the Karnak Temple and the Luxor Temple on the East Bank of the Nile. Dinner and a night's sleep aboard the ship. Enjoy sound and light shows at the Karnak Temple on an optional tour.

You will be taken to your cruise after the tour is over.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

You will have breakfast on the cruise before starting your tour of Luxor's west bank with a breathtaking journey to the Valley of the Kings, home to the royal tombs of 62 pharaohs. Visit the legendary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built in 1500 B.C. Next, you will visit the Colossi of Memnon. Enjoy a relaxing lunch on board before heading to Edfu. After finishing the tour, you will be transferred to your Cruise.
Spend the night on the Nile Cruise.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Have breakfast in the morning. Lunch will be provided on board before visiting the most intact temple in Egypt, the Temple of Horus at Edfu, dedicated to the worship of the falcon God Horus. Then continue to Kom Ombo and see the temple that the two gods Sobek and Haeroris share. Back on the boat and cruising towards Aswan, enjoy a leisurely afternoon tea.
Back on board for dinner and overnight.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Enjoy your breakfast while sailing on the Nile, and get ready to enjoy Aswan day tours. The High Dam and the largest ancient obelisk, the "Unfinished Obelisk", are perfect places to start your trip to Aswan. After that, visit the Unfinished Obelisk in Egypt, built by Queen Hatshepsut. Visit the magnificent Temple of Isis and Hathor at Philae for the final trip to Aswan, which, according to ancient Egyptian mythology, was erected by Ptolemy II, completed by the Roman emperors, and dedicated to the goddess Isis, mother of Horus, and goddess of magic.

Dinner and overnight on board the Nile cruise.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Enjoy your breakfast while sailing on the Nile, then check into your hotel for an overnight stay. 3.5 hours are required for the optional trip to the Abu Simbel temples. Using a personal air-conditioned car, travel from Aswan to Abu Simbel. Admire the amazing temples built by Ramses II at Abu Simbel, which are dedicated to the four main gods of the world: Ptah, Reharakhetty, Amun-Rey, and Ramses II.
